I believe the world has had enough of the overrated hype and interest around Hunger Games now I'm curious how this remake will turn out.

Would've linked the entire article on Twitter, but the it cites a quote from Indiewire which, to be honest, makes me a bit uncomfortable to be associated with, even if it's a joke.
Anyway, I'm just wondering how they'll sell Hunger Games to the Japanese.

Hopefully this is not a remake of Park's film but an actual adaptation of the original manga.
Park's film had little to do with the manga other than: 1. guy gets locked up for a long time. 2. guy wants to find out who and why. |

The original film was great. Hopefully, enough of the storyline is kept in the remake.
