It's Project Itoh (not Toh, though there is an author named Toh Enjoh, who often gets mentioned in the same breath).
"Indifference Engine" is quite a story (not for weak stomachs, btw), but not the kind of thing that usually gets made into anime these days. It's a shame Itoh died so young, but he certainly left his mark on Japanese SF. |
