I was wondering who they were going to use as a "rival" to Kenshin. I'm glad they picked Shishio, he's one of the best characters in the series!

Probably because spoiler[killing Ace] made him a more suitable choice.

Imagine trying to deal with people maining Black Beard all day, especially when not only does he have the power of darkness, but Whtiebeard's Tremor fruit as well.

Really was going to try avoiding this one, but the cast is so awesome. The fact that I can fight all the Jump heroes with Shishio seals the deal, just need Dio for the cast to be pretty much perfect for me.

That's the only legitimate reason I can think of. His fighting style, that is.

I personally don't find that as enough of a reason but that's very possible.

And my friend thought there'd be no big baddies..

I also spy who seems to be Toguro & Aizen.
Let's hope we can get Kilua & Hisoka, it'd be a major shame to not have'em.

I'm guessing one of the teases is going to be Hisoka (telling from the shadow character in the other scan). I was complaining about no villains before, but it seems they're about to go all out.

I would be very surprised if Dio doesn't make it in, now that they are revealing villain characters. He's mostly the whole reason people started watching Jojo in the first place.

I'm excited for this but at the same time feel disappointed that Allen Walker is just a support. I hope the roster is about as big as the previous Jump Star game that was on the DS. Also, them prices on cross-over games in Japan! >.>

It would indeed be awesome if Killua became playable in this game.

Hisoka will be announced next week.

That argument doesn't work when you have characters like Yusuke and Chinyuki in the game.

Also the demographic for Jump is actually younger than that. So a lot series couldn't get in if they only allowed characters from this supposed short term memory.

na, they know Yu-Gi-oh and shaman King. and Jump audience are not mostly teen boys. I remember they said most readers are 12-30. And over 40% of them are female.

I heard main reason they reboot Hunter X Hunter because the first one didn't follow the manga same as FMA. Then again nobody has inside information.
