Accompanying the movies? Okay, this makes the Shishio manga seem a little less random now. I doubt it'll be anything special seeing as it's supposedly just meant to connect with the films, but at least we get an explanation as to why Watsuki was working on this to begin with.

Who knows. it MIGHT be connectable with the original manga/anime series. Shishio is one of the most epically cool anime villains.

I wish they can reboot the Anime..=/..we need a complete adaption somewhere. With the movies bundled with these random chapters, I hope they generate enough hype to warrant a new anime carnation.

The first movie brought hints of a revival two years ago. I think with two epic sequels coming out back to back, we will see a massive revival. We can look forward to new fanfiction and fanart, more RK related posts on anime/manga message boards and hopefully this will lead to either the Revenge Arc being adapted live action or the third season the anime has been desperately missing for almost 20 years.
