I think it was just a matter of time that it would get an anime adaptation.

Guess it's fitting that 8-bit would get it. I just hope they don't screw it up like they did IS 2.

Sounds kind of generic, but I'm always up for beautiful silver haired girls!

I guess this anime is very similar to Soul Eater (TV) or Soul Eater Not! (TV) where the girls or boys can turn to a weapon.

I'm glad this is getting an anime, it's a fairly decent series.

The title sounds slightly familiar, but I don't know anything about this series. That said, I like studio 8-bit and the girl looks cute, so I may check this out.

Might just be me, but feels like a lot of recent LN adaptions are all harems. Laughing

Has the typical set up, harem, MC seems weaker than harem members (basing that on the fact he has a shield rather than an offensive weapon), somehow ends up living with a girl, all within a school setting. Nothing really catching my eye with this one, need to learn some more about why it could be worthwhile.

Huh interesting. Not a bad series though it has been rather generic so far.

It's just you. Many LNs are not harems.
Examples for last season, No game No life, Kagerou Project, Black Bullet can be a harem or not harem. Depends on how you look at it.

Hmm, it could be me. Seems like many of the recent LN to anime adaption announcements look like harems.

Within the last month, we've seen announcements for - Absolutely Duo (July 20), Kūsen Madōshi Kōhosei no Kyōkan (July 14), Shomin Sample (July 3), and Unlimited Fafnir (June 25). How many LN announcements have there been in the last 3-4 weeks?

Might be a small number, making these 4 feel like a lot. They were also all announced within 10 days of each other, adding to the feeling. Laughing

Others announced this year, between Jan and April are - Amagi Brilliant Park, Seiken Tsukai no World Break, Shinmai Maou no Testament, and Tai-Madō Gakuen 35 Shiken Shōtai.

Again, I don't really know how many LNs have had anime announcements this year, but I wouldn't be surprised if these harem-looking ones make up the majority.

There are others that have been announced, like Haken no Kōki Altina, that look like they could be...but I've not seen much information about the series.

Currently airing - Jinsei, Blade Dance, and Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? could be seen as LN adaptions that are harems. A recently finished LN harem is Kanojo ga Flag.
