I can't say I'm too surprised about this. At the same time, I'm hoping the other version of Horimiya gets an anime adaptation someday.

I won't say that I'm unhappy with the OVA's but it's gonna be better if someday they'll make full anime adaptation (yeah, preferably Horimiya version)
I already watched the first and the second OVA and honestly I think they're pretty bland and flat, it just can't bring the emotions of the characters. But overall I can't wait for the third.

Animation aside, I actually really enjoyed the first 2 OVAs. Looking forward to the 3rd. Before the OVAs, I had never heard about this series before.

And, I also hope that the alternate series in Hori-Miya gets an adaption and that someone brings that manga over to the west. Hori-Miya is one of a few unlicensed series that I'd definitely buy if it was licensed.
