Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa...."while Durarara!!×2 Ten is gearing for its premiere in July." Does this mean Durarara is getting another season??

No, it's still season 2 technically. Shou was just the first part. We are getting 3 parts of the season that are around 12-13 episodes long. One that was in January, one that's in July, and the next that's next January I'm assuming.
