Considering that Inoue-san often plays the yamato nadeshiko or motherly character, this should be right up her alley. Also, considering that Darkness is borderline XXX and that she has been in porn before, I think this makes sense to have her cast as Lala's sexy mom.

if I recall,Lala's father also reappears around this time,which means they will have to recast him,since his original voice passed away in 2014
|

I put some thought into this little dilemma of "matching" the voice that Gid has used thus far, and realized that his character has since returned to a normal stature (no longer chibi-mode). This could make an excellent excuse for a change in vocal pitch/tone. I'm not sure if things just happened to work out that way, or if the story was altered to accommodate, but it's good news in either case. As for Sanae-san fulfilling the role of the rather heavenly Sephie... 100% approval. |

With Kikuko Inoue always being handed matronly roles, it's about time she got the spotlight as a main character again where that quality of her voice shines, like another season of Ah! My Goddess or something resembling Okusama wa Mahou Shoujo or Onegai Teacher.

and because its near borderline XXX is the reason along with kodomo no jikan that both series haven't been licensed in the US let alone have an english dub. miss jamie (aka rias' VA) would have done wonders for lala's mom if funi ever licensed it,though its highly unlikely but not impossible since they did brought in highschool dxd. kira staint davis would be the second choice if sentai ever got their hands on it,but that's even more unlikely considering that their main MO have been to do sub only releases and if it sells well,then release it in english. |

I wonder what Lala's mom is like. Her children are trying to create of all things, Harem. I'd hope they try keep that out of her Mom's view for sake of comedy.
