Any good Naruto fan worth his head protector knows that on March 7th, the first two Naruto videogames are coming out in the states: the Gamecube fighting extravaganza Naruto: Clash of Ninja and the GameBoy Advance actioner Naruto: Ninja Council!

Wanna win these games for free? Well, Anime News Network, D3 Publisher and TOMY are about to give you a fighting chance; welcome to the NARUTO: BUILD-A-NINJA SWEEPSTAKES!

The rules are simple: create your own totally original ninja that you'd like to see in the Naruto world. Specify what your ninja looks like, what their techniques and specialties are, what village they hail from and what their personal history is. You have to draw your ninja and submit the artwork. Stellar art skills are not required but will net you bonus points.

Confused? Here's a basic sample to give you an idea of what to submit:

Obviously the drawing there is too simple, but the more elaborate, creative and unique your ideas are, the bigger your chances of winning become. Feel free to get as ridiculously elaborate with the details as you like; the more techniques, the more information, the better. The grand prize winner will, ideally, combine skilled art and a unique, well-executed concept. Copying known techniques from the show or blatantly lifting ideas from other sources will result in an instant disqualification.
