Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Slated for PS4 in May in the West

Square Enix announced the release dates for the PlayStation 4 version of the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster game in the West on Monday. It will release the game on May 12 in North America, and on May 14 in Japan. The game comes bundled with a desktop calendar featuring art from Yoshitaka Amano as a pre-order exclusive item.
The PS4 edition of the games allows players to transfer save files between the PS3, PS4, and PS Vita versions of the game. It also allows players to toggle between the original and remastered soundtracks of the game. The games will support Remote Play on the PS Vita.
Square Enix originally released Final Fantasy X and its sequel Final Fantasy X-2 on the PlayStation 2 system in 2001 and 2003, respectively. Square Enix released the remastered version of the games on the PS3 and PS Vita systems in North America on March 2014.
