After encountering a mysterious shaman and a voodoo ritual, Tominaga along with the film crew and idols find themselves in the middle of an outbreak of zombie attacks. While this is happening, the agency TerraSave sends Claire Redfield and Inéz Diaco to the island to investigate reports of an outbreak, only to discover that there are deadly new B.O.W.s hidden within Tortuga's body. With their route of leaving the island cut off and a group of mysterious individuals working behind the scenes, both the Idol Survival crew and the TerraSave officers must fight their way through this new zombie disaster.
