Kokoro Connect PSP's 3rd Countdown Promo Streamed
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
On Wednesday, the official website for the Kokoro Connect Yochi Random PSP video game began streaming "Episode: Inaba & Fujishima," the third promotional video in a countdown to the game's release. The first countdown video was streamed at the end of last month, and the second video, "Episode: Iori Nagase," debuted last week.
Sadanatsu Anda, the author of the original Kokoro Connect light novels, collaborated on the story scenario for the game. Kokoro Connect Yochi Random will feature the "Pentagonal View Scenario" to allow players to enjoy the game from each of the five Student Cultural Society members' different perspectives, as well as the "D.D.T" (Dynamic Drama Transition) for limited character movements.
The game will ship in Japan on November 22 after a delay. The "Pentagon Box" edition includes a "visual memory book," an original drama CD, the game's soundtrack, book covers, and an art box. The "Pentagon Box" edition will cost 8,980 yen (about US$113), while the regular edition will be available for 6,280 yen (US$79).
The novel series' television anime adaptation premiered in Japan this past summer. Crunchyroll streamed the "love and teen pentagonal comedy" series into several countries as it aired in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime for release in North America.
