Upbeat series with 5 rangers, dinosaur mechs to premiere on February 17

Scott Hards, the founder and CEO of the HobbyLink Japan retail website, revealed on his Twitter account on Wednesday that Bandai announced the Jūden Sentai Kyōryūger super sentai series during a recent character debut event. Hards noted that the show will be an upbeat and fun show with lots of music. Hards also noted that the series will have five rangers to start with: red, green, black, blue, and pink. There will be one female ranger, and each ranger will have an associated dinosaur mech.

The transformation and combination sequences will be accompanied by uptempo music such as samba music, and the transformation items will have a battery motif that are charged with dinosaur power.

The show will debut in Japan on February 17.
