Band performs image song "Trigger" for PS3/Xbox 360/Wii U/Windows edition

The official YouTube channel for the Resident Evil game series began streaming a Dragon Ash music video for its multiplatform game release Resident Evil: Revelations Unveiled Edition (Biohazard Revelations Unveiled Edition in Japan) on Saturday. The band Dragon Ash performs the image song "Trigger" for the project.

The new edition takes the original Nintendo 3DS game and brings it to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Windows next month. CAPCOM confirmed on Friday that the game will have a playable demo on XBox Live, PlayStation Network, the Nintendo eShop, and Steam before it ships in North America and Europe.

The game's story is set between Resident Evil 4 and 5. It begins with Jill Valentine searching for the missing Chris Redfield aboard a luxury ship, the site of an outbreak.

The port will feature a new Infernal Mode, which offers a revised, "nigh-impossible" campaign with new enemy and item placements, compared to the original Nintendo 3DS game released last year.

Biohazard/Resident Evil: Revelations Unveiled Edition will retail for 4,990 yen (about US$56), and will be released on May 23 in Japan. The game will also be released in North America on May 21 and in Europe on May 24.
