Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate's Ein, Jacky Gameplay Video Streamed

Tecmo KOEI began streaming a new trailer for its upcoming PlayStation 3 and XBox 360 game Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate this Wednesday featuring the characters Ein and Jacky, who are new to this version of Dead or Alive 5. Ein is the alter ego of the character Hayate from the original game, and Jacky, who can be seen fighting alongside his sister Sarah, is a new guest character from the Virtua Fighter series.

Tecmo KOEI will release Team Ninja's latest game physically and digitally. The "definitive Dead or Alive 5 package" will add new modes from Dead or Alive+ such as the Skill Info Plus and a tutorial mode, and will include new fighting stages such as locations from the Ninja Gaiden series. The new game will have new fighters, including Jacky, Ein, and the first-ever appearance of Momiji. The new version will also have both a single-player mode and an online mode. Tecmo KOEI will ship the game in North America on September 3.

Team Ninja producer Yōsuke Hayashi had revealed last month that a new Dead or Alive 5 project was in development for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The Dead or Alive 5+ PS Vita port of the original Dead or Alive 5 game shipped last month in North America and Japan. Tecmo KOEI released the original Dead or Alive 5 game for the Xbox 360 and PS3 in September 2012.
