North American publisher Udon Entertainment announced at San Diego Comic Con on Friday that it will release the following art books next year: Breath of Fire: Official Complete Works, Devil May Cry: 3142 Graphic Arts, DmC Devil May Cry: Visual Art, Resident Evil 6 Artworks, and Darkstalkers Artworks. The publisher also revealed the following artbooks but did not specify a timeframe for release: Border Break Artworks, Gungnir Official Art Chronicle, Phantom Breaker: Official Visual Works, Soul Calibur: New Legend of Project Soul, Hyperdimension Neptunia +mk2, Ys The Art Book, and Daisuke Moriyama Art Works Chronicle.

The Breath of Fire: Official Complete Works book will include art work, character designs, monster art, and more, and will cover Breath of Fire I through Breath of Fire V. The Devil May Cry: 3142 Graphic Arts book will collect art for the original Devil May Cry series, and the Devil May Cry: Visual Art book will contain original artwork for the reimagined game. Resident Evil 6 Artworks will contain a complete concept and illustration collection from the game, and Darkstalker Artworks, an English version of Vampire Artworks, will include a new Darkstalkers/Vampire Savior artwork collection.

The Border Break book is based on the Sega arcade game, Gungnir on the strategy RPG, and Phantom Breaker on the 2D fighting game. Soul Calibur: New Legend of Project Soul will feature art from Soul Calibur V and will cover the story for the whole series, and Hyperdimension Neptunia +mk2 will cover the first two games. Daisuke Moriyama Art Works Chronicle will feature art from Chrono Crusade, World Embryo, Mousiou Kikou Adolescence Avatar,, and more.

The company also revealed that it will release the following graphic novels: Street Fighter Classic volume 2 hard cover, Super Street Fighter Volume 2: Hyper Fighting hard cover, and Street Fighter IV: Wages of Sin hard cover. Street Fighter Classic volume 2 will continue the reprint of Udon's original Street Fighter series, which will collect the end of Street Fighter, the complete Street Fighter II series, and bonus stories. Super Street Fighter Volume 2: Hyper Fighting features characters from Street Fighter III and Street Fighter IV, and Street Fighter IV: Wages of Sin is a Street Fighter IV prequel mini-series. The hard cover edition of Street Fighter IV: Wages of Sin will also include eight bonus stories and a new six-page story about Juri by Jim Zub and Takeshi Miyazawa. Street Fighter Classic volume 2 will ship in December 2013, and the other two books are slated for release next year.

Additionally, Udon Entertainment announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Comixology, and revealed its launch titles for the digital comic reading platform: Street Fighter #0-#4, Makeshift Miracle 1, and Super Street Fighter Volume 1: New Generations. Udon will release more titles in its back catalog in the future, and new releases will come out on Comixology on the same day as they do in print.

Udon also revealed that it is partnering with ShiftyLook to print Matt Moylan and Dax Gordine's Bravoman web comic, which launched last year. The web comic has already inspired a new video game and an animated series. Udon will release the web comic in a hardcover graphic novel in November for US$19.99.

ShiftyLook editor-in-chief Rob Pereyda had told ANN when ShiftyLook launched in February 2012 that it planned to release its web comics in print form once it had enough content to fill out a graphic novel.
