posted on by Bamboo Dong
From Soy Sauce's Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for a Touhou doujin derivative of Super Smash Bros successfully surpassed its $10,000 goal, with almost a month left in the campaign.
The game will be released on Windows, Mac, and Linux, but the developers are interested in exploring the possibility of a console release later in the game's development. Those interested in receiving a copy of the game can nab one for a $20 contribution, while those who contribute $40 will be able to beta-test the game.
At its current funding stage, the game will feature 12 playable characters and ten stages, up to four players in local multi-player, stock-time battles, team battles, free-for-all battles, and a single-player Super Smash Bros. "Classic Mode." Further stretch goals include more characters and stages, online multi-player, a story mode, Japanese localization, and more.
