Tokyo's Kantō Area Crowns This Year's Hottest High School Boy and Girl

Somehow, this past weekend marked the third annual Kantō High School Mr. Contest 2015, an event at the "Uniform High School Graduation Party 2015 Supported by Samurai ELO" to crown the hottest high school boy in the Kantō region. Over 1,200 participated, with eight finalists competing for the title, and the opportunity to appear in Samurai ELO fashion magazine.

The Grand Prix winner was Hiroki Sasamori.

Runner-up was Katsuhiko Motoyama, who said he was surprised, but wants to "tell everyone."

And finally, Special Jury Award winner Ryota Maruyama.

And yes, there is a girls' version. Grand Prix winner of Kantō High School Miss Contest 2015, out of over 1,500 applicants, was "Noenyan."

Runner-up was Mion Abe, who said her secret for staying "cute" was to stay active, like walking to school from a further train station than the one nearest campus.
