Granblue Fantasy Reveals Sakura Character Design for Upcoming CCS Collab

Early last month, Cygames revealed two collaborations for its Granblue Fantasy smartphone game at the "Granblue Fantasy Natsu da! Umi da! Granblue da! SP" livestream event. The first collaboration is with DMM's Touken Ranbu mobile game and anime series that launched this month. The second is with Card Captor Sakura, expected to start next month. At the time, no further details were revealed.
Finally, the official Twitter account for Granblue Fantasy gave players another hint on what to expect from this magical girl crossover. The account shared an image on Thursday of protagonist Sakura Kinamoto drawn in the game's style.

The upcoming collaboration ties in with the upcoming Card Captor Sakura anime revival, Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card. Granblue Fantasy the Animation, the television anime adaptation of the game, premiered in April and Amazon's Anime Strike streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
