According to Tsukasa Hojo's official website his newest Manga, Angel Heart, will appear in the May 15th issue of Weekly Bunch.
Hojo, who is best known for City Hunter, is said to have spent five years creating the basic script for Angel Heart.
According to Anime Dream, it appears that "Angel Heart is a full-fledged story fleshing out Hojo's 1997 short story, The Eyes of the Assassin, which was featured in the Parrot ~Shiawase no Hito~ short stories collection".
