Shigeru Hall to Open

Animaxis is reporting that a Shigeru Mizuki memorial hall is opening in Sakaiminato City. Shigeru Mizuki is best known for creating GeGeGe no Kitarō, a supernatural manga and anime series about traditional Japanese 'youkai', or monsters.
