A first look at the five new Sailor "Guardians"
The official Japanese Sailormoon homepage, Nikkan Sports Newspaper, and CBC Television (Japan) are hosting cast pictures for the upcoming live-action Sailor Moon TV series.
Out of over a thousand applicants, the final list includes Miyuu Sawai (Sailor Moon / Usagi Tsukino), Chisaki Hama (Sailor Mercury / Ami Mizuno), Keiko Kitagawa (Sailor Mars / Rei Hino), Miyuu Azama (Sailor Jupiter / Makoto Kino), and Ayaka Komatsu (Sailor Venus / Minako Aino).
The new program is scheduled to premiere October 14th in Japan, where it will be broadcast on 26 stations across the CBC/TBS networks.
