Tokyopop announces Rising Stars Winners

One item ANN missed last week was the announcement of the ten winning entries of Tokyopop's second Rising Stars of Manga contest. Tokyopop's full press release can be read here. The winning entries will be published in Tokyopop's Rising Stars of Manga 2 anthology, due out on December 9th.
