News More on Anime For Developing Nations

Asahi.com has an English Article on the Japanese Foreign Ministry's plan to offer financial aid for the broadcast of anime in developing nations. An official at the Ministry is quoted by the article as saying, "We'd like to extend our aid to places where the private sector has given up because of the costs." Thanks to Dott.Piergiorgio for pointing this out.

Overall, neither Pokemon the Movie: Black or its White counterpart really stands out from the already packed herd. While not terrible, these are films that can be safely left alone unless you or your child have a compulsion to truly catch 'em all.
