Mock anime series to finally be released?
According to Akiba BB, Lingerie Soldier Papillon Rose will be released as a TV series directed by Yasuhiro. Details about the TV series are to be be officially announced at a publicity event in Tokyo on October 10th.
Papillon Rose was originally released as a fan-made ONA preview episode in early 2001. A suposed 25-episode ONA series never materialised, however the erotic comedy, which parodied Sailor Moon and other bishoujo anime, was eventually released as a 1-episode OAV in 2004.
