Bandai TV in North America?

According to a "who is" search on Network Solutions, Bandai America has registered the domain name of bandai.tv. Bandai America has not commented publicly about any new TV style services in North America.
"Adult Swim on Demand in association with Anime Village" is available to some Time Warner Video on Demand customers as channel 171.
In Japan, the Bandai Channel has announced that Gunparade March and Noein episodes are available to download over Sony's Portable TV. The episodes can be downloaded to PSP devices for 105 Yen in price/story (including tax) using USB cable as the delivery method and a memory stick as a storage method.
