These poor, freaked-out characters have no idea what they're doing or where they're going. Neither does the creator, apparently.

Magical Witch Punie-Chan Sub.DVD
Scales heights of dark hilarity that few comedies ever achieve. Also plumbs the depths of taste on occasion, but that's the price you pay for mean laughs.

Detective Loki DVD 1
Though it has its strong points, a single good episode, good voice acting, and great sound production aren't enough to save this volume from mediocrity. It is a safe view for anime fans of all ages but isn't likely to much excite older and more experienced ones.
