CLAMP scheduled for US appearance in July

According to an interview conducted by Anime News Network's Chih-Chieh Chang at this year's Taipei International Book Exhibition, CLAMP is currently scheduled to appear in America for the first time this July; also, details on the continuation of the X manga are revealed.
According to an interview conducted by Anime News Network's Chih-Chieh Chang at this year's Taipei International Book Exhibition, CLAMP is currently scheduled to appear in America for the first time this July. No official announcement has been made as to when in July, which convention, which US company is hosting the group or how many CLAMP members will be appearing, but the interview confirms that at least one member of CLAMP will be visiting America this July.

Also discussed in the interview are CLAMP's plans for continuing their popular X manga; apparently, recent natural disasters and public slayings made the manga too violent and controversial to continue publication in a shojo manga anthology. The group is now looking for a new, more appropriate anthology to continue serialization of the manga.
