Tokyopop Announces Rising Stars 7 Online Voting

Tokyopop has announced the online voting portion of the seventh Rising Stars of Manga competition. Voting, and access to the full comic submissions is restricted to Tokyopop.com members (non-members can see the first 5 pages of any comic).
