Viz Media Announces New Shōjo Manga Titles
posted on 2007-05-02 11:48 EDTICv2 reports that Viz Media is launching five shōjo titles from September 2007 to January 2008. In September, the Yume Kira Dream Shoppe manga volume will collect Aqua Mizuto's short stories that Shojo Beat magazine has been publishing. In November, Viz will start Maki Minami's Special A manga series and Be With You (Ima, Ai ni Yukimasu): a best-selling novel by Takuji Ichikawa and a companion manga series by Ichikawa and Sai Kawashima. In December, the Shojo Beat imprint will launch Kiyo Fujiwara's Wild Ones (Arakure in Japan). Finally, the English publication of Kazune Kawahara's High School Debut will launch 2008. Update: The December Be With You launch is for the manga release, not the previously released novel.
