Tokyopop to Import Gothic & Lolita Bible
posted on 2007-06-05 05:47 EDTTokyopop Editor in Chief Mike Kiley announced at Book Expo America on June 1 that Tokyopop will publish an English edition of Index Communications' Gothic & Lolita Bible fashion book-magazine (or "mook"). The bimonthly square-bound periodical is a reference for this Victorian-influenced fashion movement. Artists from The Rose of Versailles's Riyoko Ikeda to DOLL's Mitsukazu Mihara have drawn its covers. Tokyopop plans to debut its version in a "hybrid format" in early 2008. Source: Publishers Weekly
