Korean Actor to Star in Japanese/Korean City Hunter
posted on 2007-08-27 12:04 EDTKorean actor Jung Woo-sung will star as the private detective Ryō Saeba in a Japanese/Korean live-action drama version of Tsukasa Hojo's City Hunter action comedy manga. Jung has been popular in Japan for over a decade for starring in several television drama series, as well as for directing music videos and writing scripts. Another foreigner, Hong Kong martial artist Jackie Chan, played Saeba in a loose 1992 live-action Hong Kong adaptation of City Hunter. Thanks, enjin2000.
