Live-Action Dragonball's April 8, 2009 Date Confirmed (Updated)

The Fox Moves website has confirmed the new April 8, 2009 opening date in North America for James Wong's live-action film adaptation of Akira Toriyama's Dragonball fighting manga. Also, the CanMag website quotes producer Stephen Chow (Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle, CJ7) as saying that he will not make a cameo within the film. He adds, "My contribution is mainly in the screenwriting department, giving them input and suggestions in the screenplay and other aspects."
