Manga precedes debut of Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae TV anime by one day

The October issue (released on September 3) of Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine has announced that the Shin Jigoku Shoujo (New Hell Girl) shōjo manga will launch in the next issue on October 3 in Japan. Miyuki Etoo will be drawing this version, like she did for the first Jigoku Shoujo manga about a girl who can be summoned to exact vengeance for an eternal price. The new Hell Girl anime, Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae, will premiere on October 4, and both the new manga and anime promise to introduce characters that have not been seen before.

The first Hell Girl manga run ended in the Nakayoshi in July (there were no installments in the last two issues), and the eighth compiled volume was already printed that same month. Del Rey will ship the fourth volume in North America on October 28.
