Section23's Legends of the Dark King Upgrade Detailed

Similar to the Clannad upgrade program announced in March, Section23 Films has provided more details on its Legends of the Dark King: A Fist of the North Star Story Upgrade Program for early DVD customers who want the new English dub. Interested customers must send back the two DVDs of the original, English-subtitle-only version with the sleeve art and plastic case plus US$20 (plus US$3/C$6 for postage). Customers who would like to upgrade to the Blu-Ray version should send back the two DVDs, sleeve art, and plastic case with US$30 (plus US$3/C$6 for postage). The upgrade offer lasts from May 1 to August 31.
The new DVD collection that includes the English dub cast will be available at retail for US$49.98, and the Blu-Ray version will be available for US$69.98. Both versions will be released on July 20.
