News Dragon Quest Item Hunt Held in Japanese Theme Park
posted on 2010-06-04 23:53 EDT
The Japanese theme park Tokyo Dome City Attractions will host a limited-time event based on Square Enix's Dragon Quest game franchise this summer. From August 4 to August 31, visitors can visit different parts of the park to collect ink stampings in a "stamp rally." The promotion ties into the Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road Victory card battle game, which will ship in Japan for the Nintendo Wii console on July 15. Those who complete the stamp rally will earn special items for use in the game. The park will also play Dragon Quest music at various attractions in the park.

Update: The same theme park also hosts the Lupin Sansei ~ Meikyū no Wana (Lupin III: Labyrinth Trap) walkthrough attraction and Tokyo Panic Cruise, a 3D virtual ride produced by Sunrise.

As far as conclusions go, this arc has one of the strongest. While Eye Opening revealed some important information about the Sonozaki family in general and the twins in particular, Atonement makes us look at what information we already have in a different way.
While the story still has its logical flaws, it remains an engaging read that holds up well despite the passing of years and this volume continues to keep up both the promise and nostalgia of Takeuchi's masterwork.
Overall, neither Pokemon the Movie: Black or its White counterpart really stands out from the already packed herd. While not terrible, these are films that can be safely left alone unless you or your child have a compulsion to truly catch 'em all.
