CMX Manga Director Suzuki Joins Tokyopop

Former DC Comics employee hired after CMX Manga's closure

Asako Suzuki, DC Comics' Director of Manga for its CMX Manga line, has updated her Facebook status to reflect her new employment at manga publisher Tokyopop, where she will act as Manga Line Editor. According to her profile, Suzuki worked at CMX since 2005 and remained there until its closure in 2010. Prior to working at CMX, Suzuki worked at Toei's international branch Cloverway, Inc.

DC's CMX line launched in June of 2004 and closed this past July.
