News Strike Witches Gets Theatrical Film

The Niconico Live stream of "Niconico Daikaigi 2010 Aki ~Sore wa Lock ka?~" has announced on Thursday that production on a theatrical film version of the Strike Witches franchise has been green-lit. Humikane Shimada, the original illustrator of Strike Witches, confirmed the announcement and posted on his Twitter account that there will "probably" be information on the project in Kadokawa Shoten's Nyantype magazine on Saturday.
