BD/DVD to also have 4th anime episode based on Hinata Takeda's historical manga

The official website for La croisée dans un labyrinthe étranger (Ikoku Meiro no Croisée) television anime series confirmed on Wednesday that the third Blu-ray Disc/DVD volume will include an unaired episode, along with the fourth televised episode.

Similar to the other volumes, it will also add a newly produced SD "Yune & Alice" special short ("Noted Scenes"), the second picture drama ("Red Riding Hood Yune"), and two promotional videos as bonus video extras. In addition, the package comes with the third bonus CD with both the Ikoku Meiro no Croisée radio program and composer ko-ko-ya's musical tracks which will be not included in the regular soundtrack release.

The story in Hinata Takeda's original manga follows a girl named Yune who arrives in the lower-class neighborhoods of Paris in the last half of the 19th century, when Japanese culture gains popularity in Europe. She ends up working at an ironworks shop with a boy named Claude.

The anime will premiere in Japan this summer.
