Dialogue also revised for "Ken Akamatsu's Cut" bundled with 37th manga volume.

Negima manga creator Ken Akamatsu reported on Wednesday that the Mahō Sensei Negima! Anime Final film has been extended to about 84 minutes, or about 40 minutes longer, for the DVD bundled with the 37th manga volume on February 17. He added with a laugh that the dialogue has been revised so that the characters' intelligence would be raised a little bit.

Akamatsu then noted that the "Negima Movie: Supervisor Ken Akamatsu's Cut" will be officially announced on Thursday, the same day that the 36th manga volume ships with footage from the making of the film.

The film depicts the graduation of Negi's 31 students, and it opened in Japanese theaters on August 27.
