Man Arrested for Swindling by Claiming to Sell Anime DVDs

Police in Miki City arrested a 22-year-old unemployed man named Daisuke Itagaki on Tuesday on suspicion of swindling people by claiming to sell anime DVDs online. The suspect allegedly claimed to sell 24 anime DVDs on the social community site mixi on January 15, but never sent the DVDs.
