600,000 Hachune Miku Buns Sold in 20 Days

Approximately 600,000 of the Hatsune Miku and FamilyMart's collaborative "Hachune Miku Nikuman" meat buns have been sold between August 14 and September 2.
Traditional nikuman are steamed buns made from flour dough and pork or other fillings. The "Hachune Miku Nikuman" buns are made with pork and onions, and cost 180 yen (about US$2.30) each. The collaboration is part of the "Hatsune Miku 5th Anniversary Miku Loves FamiMa Campaign" that runs from August 14 to September 10, which also includes commercials.
