News Ghost in the Shell's Shirow, Excel Saga's Rikudou Launch Manga

The 13th issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype Ace magazine announced on Monday that manga creators Masamune Shirow (Ghost in the Shell, Appleseed) and Koushi Rikudou (Excel Saga) are collaborating to launch a new series in the next issue on October 10. Shirow is responsible for the story, while Rikudou is drawing the art. The magazine gave no further details except for a teaser image (pictured right).
Rikudou just ended Excel Saga in Shonengahosha's Young King Ours magazine last year, and has since launched a new series, with the finalized name of Ageha, in the same magazine earlier this year.
