Animate Shops to Sell Evangelion Manga #13 at Midnight

The Japanese store chain ANIMATE announced on Sunday that it will begin selling Yoshiyuki Sadamoto's 13th Neon Genesis Evangelion manga volume at midnight on its release date, November 2, at four locations. The four branches offering midnight sales are all in Tokyo: Akihabara, Shinjuku, Hachiōji, and Kichijōji.
11 branches throughout Japan will open also early from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. that day to begin selling the volume. Only the premium limited edition will be available during these early sales. From November 2 to December 2, all Animate stores are offering one of six postcards with every Evangelion book, CD, or character goods purchase of 1,000 yen (US$12.50) or more, or with the purchase of one Evangelion Blu-ray Disc/DVD.
Viz is also releasing the 13th manga volume in North America on November 2.
