Precure Films Seen 10 Million Times

As of the current Eiga Smile Precure: Ehon no Naka wa Minna Chiguhagu! , the movies in the Precure magical girl anime franchise have been seen over 10 million times. A special event to celebrate 10 million tickets sold was held at Warner Mycal Cinemas Urawamisono. The first film, Futari wa Pretty Cure: Max Heart opened in Japan in 2005. A total of 13 films make up the film franchise.

The record holding Precure film for most attendees is Precure All Stars DX2: Kibō no Hikari—Rainbow Jewel o Mamore! with one million tickets. The latest, Eiga Smile Precure: Ehon no Naka wa Minna Chiguhagu! opened in October. Its total views are estimated between 850,000 and 950,000.
