Kaiketsu Zorori Moviegoers to Receive Original Storybook

An original Kaiketsu Zorori (The Incredible Zorori) storybook by author Yutaka Hara will be distributed as a gift to moviegoers who see Sunrise's feature film adaptation of Hara's Kaiketsu Zorori Da-Da-Da-Daibōken! (The Incredible Zorori's G-G-G-Great Adventure!) story. Kaiketsu Zorori Da-Da-Da-Daibōken! is the first Kaiketsu Zorori feature film.

Hara's books follow Zorori, a mischievous bandit fox who dreams of becoming the "King of Pranks." Zorori aims to "build my own castle and make a beautiful princess my wife," and he embarks on one misadventure after another with his two boar companions Ishishi and Noshishi. In the film, Zorori is after a trove of riches discovered by the treasure hunter Zorondo Ron.

The book will be handed out in theaters throughout Japan when the film opens on December 22. Its previously untold subplot is set between the two volumes of Hara's original Kaiketsu Zorori Da-Da-Da-Daibōken! story. Hara wrote the new subplot for the film.
