North American publisher Seven Seas Entertainment confirmed with ANN that it will release the Alice in the Country of Clover: Ace of Hearts and Alice in the Country of Hearts: The Clockmaker's Story manga adaptations of QuinRose's Alice fantasy romance adventure game franchise. Both volumes are illustrated by Mamenosuke Fujimaru (Alice in the Country of Clover, Alice in the Country of Joker).

Alice in the Country of Clover: Ace of Hearts is a one-volume manga that focuses on the Ace of Hearts character from the Alice in the Country of Clover series. Seven Seas describes the story as follows:

"Ace, the Knight of Heart Castle, is known throughout Wonderland not only for his master swordsmanship, but for his tendency towards cruelty. Can the charming Alice Lidell mellow Ace and his violent ways? Perhaps Ace will even fall in love with Alice...if he doesn't kill her first."

The one-volume Alice in the Country of Hearts: The Clockmaker's Story manga focuses on the character Julius and is an alternate retelling of the Alice in the Country of Hearts storyline. Seven Seas describes the story as follows:

"Julius Monrey is the grim Clockmaker of Wonderland, responsible for controlling the world's time from his lonely Clock Tower, not to mention fixing the stopped clocks of the dead. When the beautiful Alice Liddell comes to live with and rely upon him, will her warm personality melt through his cool, apathetic heart, and bring about romantic feelings he never knew he had?"

Seven Seas notes that both volumes can also be read independently of the rest of the manga in the franchise. Both volumes are oversized and include color pin-ups and a Crimson Empire short story.

Alice in the Country of Clover: Ace of Hearts is slated for release on July 2 and Alice in the Country of Hearts: The Clockmaker's Story is slated for August 6. Both volumes retail individually for US$13.99.

Tokyopop published the first Alice in the Country of Hearts manga adaptation in North America, and Yen Press has since picked up the license. Yen Press also released the first volume in the Alice in the Country of Hearts: My Fanatic Rabbit series on Tuesday.

Seven Seas Entertainment added Alice in the Country of Joker and Crimson Empire: Circumstances to Serve a Noble in June. The company is also releasing the Alice in the Country of Clover: Bloody Twins and Alice in the Country of Clover: Cheshire Cat Waltz series.
