Liberty Media's Starz Spinoff Plans Made Official

Libery Media's plans to spin off Starz, LLC became official on Friday, with stocks for the recently separated Starz set to start trading on Monday. Liberty Media's stocks rose with the deal's completion, reaching a 52-week high of $124.03.

Anime distributor Manga Entertainment confirmed with ANN that it will remain a business unit of Starz Digital Media after the split.
