News Chitose Get You's Mashima Launches Zombie-chan Manga

The April issue of Shogakukan's Sunday GX magazine launched manga creator Etsuya Mashima's (Chitose Get You!!) new series Zombie-chan on Tuesday. The new dark comedy series features the idle conversations of zombie girls dressed as maids, including jokes about eating flesh and being afraid of wounds.
Online manga website JManga released eight volumes of Mashima's previous title, Chitose Get You!!, but the website's manga viewing service will close at the end of May. The four-panel manga was adapted into a television anime series last year, which Crunchyroll streamed outside of Japan.
The same issue of Sunday GX also featured the final chapter of Q-taro Hanamizawa's REC manga. The series has been running since 2002 and was adapted into a television anime series in 2006.

Dengeki Daisy began as a romance with some computer crimes thrown in and has morphed into an action story with some romance thrown in. What remains true, however, is that Kyousuke Motomi has created an interesting, fun story with memorable characters who do their best, whether it's for good or ill.
