News Kingdom Manga 1-Shot to Run in Shonen Jump

Yasuhisa Hara's historical manga Kingdom will have a one-shot side story published in this year's 24th issue of Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine on May 13.
The first season of the Kingdom anime series will also re-air every Sunday at 25:10 (effectively Monday at 1:10 a.m.) on NHK-General starting on April 7. The series originally premiered last June and ended after 38 episodes in February. Funimation has been streaming the first series in North America.
NHK announced in January that the second Kingdom anime series will premiere this June on the BS Premium channel. The second series set in China's Warring States Period will run every Saturday at 11:45 p.m.
The original manga has been running in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine since 2006.
